This specialty training will bring together our youth-serving providers to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and mindset necessary to effectively serve and advocate for our youth, especially those impacted by systemic inequities. Through a blend of education, reflection, and practical application, participants will deepen their understanding of systemic issues and explore the backstories of marginalized populations.

Participants will learn to advocate and uplift youth voices while evaluating the quality and accessibility of services they provide. This training emphasizes the importance of respecting the variety of lived experiences and encourages a human-centered approach that prioritizes fairness and empathy in service delivery.

By the end of the session, youth-serving providers will be empowered to serve our communities with empathy, awareness, and fairness. Participants will also learn to foster all-encompassing environments and drive systemic change within their organizations and the communities they serve.
