Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) ™ combines the skills of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. This methodology was created by Christopher K. Germer, PhD, Harvard professor and leader in integrating mindfulness and psychotherapy, and Kristin Neff, PhD, professor at the University of Austin and pioneering researcher in the field of self-compassion. In this half-day online workshop, participants will be introduced to the theory behind MSC and explore different practices that will help them foster compassion towards themselves and enhance their capacity for emotional well-being.

This training will be held on Zoom. One week before the training date, participants will receive an email to register on Zoom.
