This is a CLOSED TRAINING for ChildNet Staff ONLY.

This virtual training will provide the local and national history of inequity and resistance in Broward County to identify the origins and ongoing evolution of cultural disparities in employment, education, health, economics, criminal justice, etc. Participants will explore the body of research on biases in employment, education, health, and criminal justice systems including where it appears in the system, how it works, biases in decision-making, and strategies and solutions to improve outcomes. Lastly, we will explore the components and values of inclusive environments to create empowerment and systemic change.

This training will be facilitated by Patricia Morgan & Julie Radlauer-Doerfler.

This training will be held on Zoom. A link will be emailed one week before the training. A second registration for Zoom is required to access this training.
