CATCH stands for Coordinated Approach to Child Health, and is an evidence-based training and curriculum program that focuses on WHOLE child wellness through nutrition education, physical activity, and social emotional learning strategies. CATCH promotes physical activity and healthy food choices for children from preschool through eighth grade. It also combines classroom instruction, physical education lessons, school nutrition services and family events. In this training, coaches will learn how to successfully implement the program in their schools or organizations utilizing the CATCH material. Bring water as this is a physically active training.
