This is an in person training. Documentation Training is as necessary as a resume. This training takes a look at documentation from the front door to the back door. And it reviews the ins and outs of what is documented, when it's documented and what not to document. Documentation training is the foundation of social services, yet it's needed annually. This is not a training that you should take 1 time and you got it. This training covers the assessment, the intake, ongoing case documentation, termination/closure, and how and why we document. Documentation represents not only the client but the staff (the professional).
